Overview

Browns Stockyard Exchange is located in the SoDo neighborhood of Seattle, just south of downtown, You can find it at 119 1st Ave S.

A historic stockyard exchange and cattle auction house in 1892 served as the restaurant. The industrial warehouse’s original features, such as high ceilings and wood beams have been preserved.

Brown’s is renowned for its exceptional steaks and American specialties such as seafood and chicken. They dry age their steaks in-house. Popular cuts include filet mignon, New York strip, and ribeye.

Baked potatoes, creamed spinach, and sautée mushrooms with garlic bread are among the classic accompaniments. They also serve salads.

Brunch is served from 10am-2pm on weekends and includes steak and eggs, omelets, and pancakes.

It is stated that the atmosphere is upscale and casual. High ceilings and a full dining room can make it loud. Excellent steakhouse in downtown Seattle.

Brown’s Stockyard Exchange is renowned for its exceptional steaks, attentive service, and historic architecture. The locals consider it a popular steak.
