Customers Service:

This is another area where Ho Ho restaurants have been top-notch over the years.

Derrick, who visited the restaurant a few days ago, was in awe of the customer service.

According to him, he visited the restaurant around 11 PM on a weeknight, it was one of the few options open.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, however, he wasn’t really happy with the quality of the meal, to him the meal was not very good.

He ordered honey walnut shrimp, shrimp fried rice, and egg rolls. The honey walnut shrimp and egg rolls were not very good, but the shrimp fried rice was good.

Fresh and Delicious Seafood

One thing we noticed about the restaurant is the obvious availability of really fresh and delicious seafood.

The restaurant might not be that fancy itself, but there’s an obvious array of traditional Cantonese cuisine with a focus on fresh seafood.

Ho Ho restaurant menu has a lot of really fancy and fantastic seafood you might want to check out, some of them includes

Dungeness Crab:
Live Fish
Sweet and Sour Fish
Salt and Pepper Prawns
Fish filets
Fish Maw soup

The list is extensive, and most of these seafood are delicious, but not every customer is happy. We understand though, that such is life, not everyone will like you.  One customer who dropped an online review was of the opinion that the meal he was offered was Plain and flavorless food.

According to the customer, Ho Ho restaurant has lost whatever charm they had before COVID-19.  He insisted that even though he had been there many times before, their hot and sour soup was nothing like it was before the COVID.  To him, it had no layers of flavors, he concluded by saying he only tasted vinegar and pepper.

But another customer has a different opinion, on his review, he acknowledged that Apparently, Ho Ho restaurant is a long-standing establishment.  He narrated how he alongside friends had stir-fried green beans with pork and tofu and pork. Everything was very satisfying to them. Good presentation and service.

So you see, while some are in support, some are against it.

I think Ho ho restaurant meals are actually great, a lot of online reviews were positive. In terms of quality meals, I’ll give them an 8/10.

We know How ho restaurant is not top when it comes to luxury and ambiance, however, the restaurant is good enough to serve you quality meals. Generally, on a scale of 1 to 10, we rate 8.5/10.

I hope this review helps you decide whether Ho Ho Seafood Restaurant is the right spot for your next meal!
